Our vessel departs at 9:30AM, 10:00AM, 11:00AM & 11:30AM daily, weather permitting.

Yes, there is free parking at Montagu Dock. However, there is parking offered at both Paradise Island & The Pointe Marina for an hourly fee. Cruise Ship guests will not require parking.

The boat ride to Sand Dollar Island located on Rose Island is approximately 35-40 minutes given sea conditions.

No, we do not have an age minimum or maximum. However, please note that the legal drinking age in The Bahamas is 18 years old.

Bookings canceled 48 hours or more will be refunded 100% of the booking cost, however, bookings canceled 24 hours prior to the tour date are not subject to a refund. This cancellation policy does not apply to island buyouts and charters, as the policy differs. Cancellations by Sand Dollar Beach Resort due to weather or any unforeseen circumstance will result in the guest being refunded 100% of their booking cost. “No show” guests for their scheduled tour date and time will be charged 100% for their booking cost.

Yes, all of our vessels and property on Sand Dollar Beach Resort is fully licensed and insured.
