Our Story
Sand Dollar Beach Resort broke ground in 2020 and has transformed into what it is today, a beautiful relaxing hidden escape on Rose Island, The Bahamas. We are 100% Bahamian owned and pride ourselves on being quite self-sufficient and resourceful.
Self-Sufficiency and Eco-Friendly Initiatives
We have access to one of the largest fleets of vessels on the island with large capacities. We are eco-friendly as we utilize solar energy for our daily operations. Being just 30 minutes approximately away from mainland Nassau, we are conveniently located for the perfect half-day or full-day excursion.

Our property includes a full bar with flat screen TVs, buffet style lunch service, hammocks, lounge chairs, day beds, umbrellas, kayaks, boogie boards, paddle boards, snorkel gear, beach volleyball, giant board games, a ping pong table, island observatory tower, piped in music, sound equipment, male & female restrooms.
